Switch from synthetic to regular oil? I'm not leaking that bad, but with 121k on the ticker and only planning on keeping the car another 10k or so at most, should I?

If it is, stick with it. If not, switch and enjoy the extra change in your pocket. I disagree with J, nobody is going to pay extra on your car for synthetic oil changes.
