Hey guys, I had my 01 M3 setup to ship from Ohio to California here on the 10th to 11th with National Auto Transport. Well they didnt show. So on the 12th I call them. They have a promise that you will always get a "live person" when you call. To tell you the truth I have yet ONCE to get a live person when I call. I left 2 messages, my reps message says "I will always call you back in 20 min or less" This was 3-4 hrs inside end of their business day. No call back. The 13th comes, I leave more messages and emails. None are returned. The guy who has my car and is waiting for them to arrive gets a phone call from the shipping company. A lady at National Auto Transport asks him "why he hasnt shipped the car yet" He couldnt believe it, neither could I. He said what are you talking about, and after she realised how mixed up she was she sounded very lost he said, then she said something about them not being able to find the truck and that they would call back. Well here we are coming up on the 17th. Ive been calling and leaving messages and emails. Never to get a live person on the phone, never to hear from them again, and they still havn't picked up my car or even given me a damn update on whats going on. Tomorrow I will get getting a new shipper, and now this puts me 2 weeks behind scheudal on getting the M3 out here. As I will have to wait another week just to get the car picked up. Really pisses me off! :mad Anyways just a headsup not to use these guys. My reps name was Adrian. I found them on movecars.com. I'll be picking out a new company tomorrow.

Try InterCity Lines. They're a sponsor of the board and shipped a friends M3 from back east to CA with no problems at all. Go to one of the forums sponsored by them, click on the link so you get the bf.c deal and you'll be good to go.
