Ok, so from last time... About mid march. my battery died. and car wouldn't start and blah blah. So I got a new one put in and it ran fine... Until today. It wouldn't start. No engine noise, no clicks no nothing. the only thing that did anything when I turned the key. The lights and stereo would come on.... So I got it jumped started. Then I did some things and came back, I was scared to turn it off...
But I turned it off and came back like 10 min later and tried it and it worked... The odd thing is, I ran it around 7:30am. Worked at 1pm, but then didn't at 3pm, so I got it jumped. Then it worked at 4pm. Haven't tried it since... But I am just confused as to what could be doing it?

First inclination is to blame the starter....sounds like it may be going south on ya. But it could possibly be the alternator too. The dying battery may have just put too much strain on in over time. Next time you're out and about take it to a Batteries Plus or whomever your local battery place is. They should test it for free in the parking lot. Takes a couple of minutes. They'll check the charging system for ya. What the heck? It's free! But I'm still leanin on it being the starter....
Best of Luck Bro!
Oh dAMN! almost forgot! CLEAN them battery connections too! The posts and the connectors!! Probably not bad since you just got a new battery but I'd be remiss if'n I didn't mention it....

baking soda.
if there is no clicking, then your starter is not getting any juice to activate itself.
def get the battery check out, then your starting system.
check your wiring also, you might have a short some place, possibly in your wiring connecting your battery to yoru starter, so the starter wouldnt be getting juice.
next time the car doesn't start....get something like a maglite or that cylinderical sparkplug tool in the trunk & smack the starter solenoid a couple times.
if the car starts, the solenoid is mainly @ fault. time for a new starter....maybe s14 starter? :)
you should also check the main power & ground cables (don't forget the engine ground strap & alternator grounding wire)......if the cables are stiff & seem brittle when you try to bend them (lol, or if they crumble) it's time for some new cables.
