I wanted those new gunmetal ACS Type III replicas that they were selling for my black 540i. Their response time is excellent. Seems like those guys are on here all day :D Not one PM was not responded within 10 minutes!

I was going to make 2 payments for the wheels. I made the first payment that we agreed was non-refundable. Well something came up and I wasn't able to make the second payment. I told him that and that since we agreed that the first payment was non-refundable I'd consider it a loss on my part. I still thanked him for his service and for letting me make 2 payments.

Well, he actually was man enough to refund me the first payment and I didn't even ask for it!!! I don't know a lot of people who would do that. I'm especially talking about some vendors on here who don't even respond in a week! OCWHEELWURX.COM really offer great customer service and you can tell that they CARE about their customers. Even though this deal didn't go through, I know I'll be ordering a set of wheels from them in the future! And not only do they make great quality wheels, but they're not expensive.

that's great to hear - from what I've heard OCWHEELWURX has already gotten a pretty good rep for going out of their way to make people happy

I ordered my ACS Repros from them on friday, and I recieved them Tuesday! They were really helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. The rims themselves are TOP NOTCH! Beautiful finish, very high quality stuff.
