Just a quick reminder about the previous mega meet thread. I have spoken to the organizer and we have spots to park together however I would like a roll call of who all is going to come so I dont waste his time. So far the plan is for the MD group to meet at Arundel Mills at around 5 then we will drive to Tysons 2 where the VA group will be and meet up with them so we can all drive to the show together. How many of you are definetly coming let me know

The meet was free but I think they were taking donations to cover the cost of renting the lot. I'm not sure if the sponsors hooked that up.

Hey Brad, great idea, planning this way in advance, that way every one has a good heads up and we can get the kinks worked out if they happen to come up.

Yeah I think we should be ok for a little bit. There hasnt been meets at tysons two for over a year. And yes, Great white shark and Kimberly have choice spots as seen in figure 1.

Dougmoney, we should meet around 6 if they're meeting at 5.....unless their 5 means rolling out of Arundel at 5, in that case we would have to do 5:45 so as to let people gather up before the Arundel group gets to Tysons.....

I think we will probably leave Arundel Mills at around 5:15 or so so you can say 6 that will give you 45 mins to get grouped up and I sure it will take at least 45 mins to get there. Also Preppy Thanks for editing my post I didnt even think about doing that. This turnout should be pretty amazing. I have this posted on E46fanatics as well and the response has been pretty good on there also. we should hopefully have about 30 or more MARB's rolling to the show all in one line :drool: ALso I think you should be fine in the PArking Lot by Neimans, ON second thought maybe we should park by Macy's my gf will be with me and if she sees Neimans I might have to stay behind hahaha j/king I vote the Neimans Parking lot and if Security kicks you out go over to Greensboro Dr make a left at that light and make your first right into the Bearing Point complex There Wont be anyone there on Saturday. Now which Arundel Mills meet are you talking about we are having two in a row. This thread is for the one on June 4th at 5:00pm we will meet at Arundel Mills and drive to VA for a huge car show/meet. Woobie has also organized a meet on June 5th at arundel mills. Will you be coming to both?

im goin to both, and reapairman isnt gonna be there :(...so unless the white e30 goes then its only 2 maybe 3 e30's....:)

dont want to intrude, but yes UberBimmer is right, there are two meets, one after the other. June 4th is the Mega Meet; June 5th is the Arundel Mills Meet 5 (Meet, Drive, BBQ).

OK Guys I just spoke with one of the organizers of this meet he has reserved 40 spaces for us!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so far we only have a total of 17 people going!! lets fill those spots!!!

I stopped by the lot on the way to work today and was just brain storming some ideas for the next meet. I talked this over with Brian and we already have the spot reserved for the e46fanatics. This spot is the one that is at an angle and is where most of the BMW's parked at the last meet. This area holds about 40 cars and should be perfect for the number that you have coming to the next meet. Hope this sounds good to you guys/gals and let me know what you all think.
