I can order the stuff online, but I am sure shipping would be as much as the sheet itself. I am looking for black, 1/4", 6x4'

Making a splitter ;) ...

I know when I was looking for sheets of ABS plastic when making my coffee table, I went to Home Depot and they sold large sheets of it, I think 1/4" as well. If not, they can order what you need.

Don't know whether it's still there, but used to be a place in Rockville -- on or near Parklawn Drive -- called Read (Reed?)Plastics. Might want to check them out.

just go down there, its kinda hard to find. Also If I remember correctly they didnt have anything. I have looked for this before. I believe that it is now called piedmont plastics. No longer Reed plastics. They are over near xcluservice.
