holdxfast 05-17-2005, 10:33 PM update, i just replaced the ignition switch and tumbler. not so much of a fun time but all done. not cheap for the parts either. but all is in working order.

I hate to say it Holdfast, but i think that the e21 owners in general are too cheap (i am guilty of this as well)... Don't think they will spend the money on that here. Might wanna try putting it up on www.bmw2002faq.com The guys on there are pretty knowledgable and might want a car like this. Another last ditch place might be www.roadfly.org

any less then that i'll prolly just keep it. this car is well worth it. as for the burning out, its very slight and with new valve seals the problem would be solved. if you decided yer seriously interested just let me know and we can talk more about it. thanks.
