Motorwerks is strange. I just called to get the price of a new intake boot for my 318ti, and they quoted $39.40 (PelicanParts is $24.95). BUT, if you haven't seen, Motorwerks now has an online section where you can buy parts and the same item is only $23.50!

I need to find out if I can order parts online and pick them up in person :) I only live 10 minutes away :) EDIT: Although maybe they aren't sent from Motorwerks?

Yeah, I notice that BS thing about Motorwerks as well. I got price quotes from their online website and ended up sending my wife to pick up the parts from them. They didn't have all the parts in stock and they were wondering where I got the prices from --- "I said you website!". They apprently charge a grip more when you buy them directly from the parts department at the dealer.... :confused :confused :confused

I have a part I just ordered online from them today, so we'll see if it actually comes from Motorwerks, or if this is part of a larger online network, or something.

I ordered my exhaust and X pipe from Motorwerks and it ended up shipping from Illinois.

They e-mailed me and said my part was too big to ship, so they wanted to know if I wanted it Spee-Dee delived to my place. I asked if I could pick it up and they said yes. Sure enough, it was waiting for me. Didn't even have to pay shipping :buttrock
