Im wanting to make a automatic to manual swap ..and i call bavarian today and they told me the kit would cost 1200.00 and thats getting shipped here to my house ...do you think thats to much and or to much work that im getting my self into ?? What do you think?? :confused

my buddy with an integra just did the auto-2-manual swap and it cost him $1200 i believe, but that was including labor. then again that was on a honda.

I'm thinking about picking up a track car, an older 85' 318 auto (only because its cheap and available). I'd have to do a swap in this too, however I'll probably just find a good used tranny at a salvage somewhere and do the work myself. Then again, maybe just swap in an M50 and tranny combo..... After watching Lieb run in SCCA and all the gusy drifting in Norman, I got the bug!
