They sold for close to that brand new!!! Let me get this straight,,, you are going to "wait" for someone to sell a "nice original condition M3 under 100K" ,,, cheap? I hope you're patient, you might be waitin' a while... :rolleyes Yes they sold for almost that new,,, 16 years ago. These cars get rarer by the day,,, and ones under 100K rarer yet,,, unmodified ones under 100K even much rarer,,, actual nice ones even rarer... Then you have the dumb people butchering some of perfect ones that were left. Best of luck on that one haha. Cheers jimmy p. 3x E30 M3s,,, Needing a Henna to complete the set. djminkin 05-12-2005, 08:18 AM Let me get this straight,,, you are going to "wait" for someone to sell a "nice original condition M3 under 100K" ,,, cheap? Yeah, but they're out there. TeamZ4 05-12-2005, 10:29 AM took me a year to find the one I had and then I paid $17.5k, I looked at a lot of them over that period in the same range that weren't all they appeared to be in photos and descrptions good luck to you edit: in fact, aren't you the guy who called about mine? djminkin 05-12-2005, 11:09 AM which car is yours?? Wiseguy ON 05-21-2005, 04:31 AM I have a 38k mile '91 M3. Unfortunately the PO lied about a baffled oil pan so it's off the road needing engine work... however... Before I damaged the engine, I turned down $25K for the car several times. I bet that I could get close to $30k for it if I ever did want to sell it (once I fix engine). I don't. It's just NOT for sale and 2pak has dibs if I ever DO sell it. Here's what's NOT factory original: Tires Belts Hoses Valve cover gasket filters fluids front brake pads Wiper blades SI Board in cluster. It's Silver/Light Grey. No paintwork, leather is perfect, interior is perfect, everything works, flawlessly. 3 stone chips that I found. It's one of the last ones ever built. No leaks, no nothing. Car has been stored in optimal conditions and used regularly but sparingly. Every document from day one including a copy of the original dealer invoice from BMWNA! Window sticker, bill of sale, every receipt. Copies of all old registrations even. Go find another one this nice... I dare you. |
