This is a somewhat delicate situation so im going to ask before I **** this up more. I was taking the hex bolts out of the flange that connects the rear axle to the diff. And I stripped one up bad... Any smart ideas on how to get this off before I screw it up anymore? I guess worst case I can get them all out ans just sawsall the rubber dampener flex disc thing in half and just replace it.. But argh.... this sucks

You probably need to erase the profanity in the title and in your post. This is one of the general forums.
As far as your problem is concerned, there was a pretty good DIY on the E36 M3 forum for something similar to this. I would search there first.

you could use the easy out type things that sears has, instead of a drill bit they are a socket style that goes over the head of the bolt. I used one this weekend and they work great, you just hammer it on and the teeth bite in the head of the bolt.
