Aren any of these a good deal? Both from a BMW Dealer. Or the discount deeper?

I think that price is a little on the high side. A few months ago I was getting a simaliar deal on a 3.0 smg with every option including nav. I Think you should be able to work on the discount a little bit more.

Well, there are other deals with 3.0 that are around that price, however they are 2003 with much higher millege.

I ended up buy the Red for $32,900, the car only has 397miles and I made them make it a CPO, so I'm happy that I have 6yr/100,000 mile warrenty with 6yr /100,000 maintenance program.

400miles, its pratically a brand new car.
