Subject: Hit and run E46 M3
I am hoping that by posting this notice someone in the close normally knit BMW community my have some leads as to the owner of this particular E46 M3.
On Friday 5/6/05 at about 5:00 PM my son was driving his Dakar Yellow E36 M3 on I-95 North around Jupiter, FL. He had just started moving quickly after being stopped in traffic. A dark Blue (looked like the new CSL color) E46 M3 weaving through traffic rear ended him and left the site. The impact was left front of the E46 to right rear of my son's car. The driver was a middle aged male (45-55). Although traffic was moving about 55 mph at that point, the speed difference was small and the damage was fairly minimal and there were no injuries.
If anyone has any idea who the owner of this car might be, please contact me off line.
