The reason he says that they will need flares on a deuce is the offset. An agressive ET6 on the rear will push them out about 10mm over a stock set of E21 wheels. 13" or not they are nice wheels. I mean I rock a set of 14" for track days and 13's with low profile tires would make my car feel like a rocket. I like them, but I have enough wheels already... both of which need some refurbishing.

I know what you mean, my brother used to have 205-50-13 on the stock basketweaves on a very lowered and stiff E21 and the car felt like a Go-Kart but the top end was nothing. I t was good for autocrossing and weaving in an out of NYC traffic.
sadly, one Yellow NYC taxi sent the E21 to bimmer heaven...

I just looked at those yesterday and the starting bid was a penny! It hasn't even been 24 hours. I can't wait to see what they go for 6 days from now.
I wish I had a set of alpina's on my E21. CJ. Your car makes my car depressed about it's rims. :( lol.
