I took the rear seats out today and realized the original color was school bus yellow. So I spent the day cleaning up the look a bit.
You can see in this pic there was courdaroy around the previous rear speakers (to match the seats).

Looks good.

I dont like driving with the rear seat out. You hear every little grain of sand that hits the floor.

Thanks.
There is absolutely no difference in sound with or without the rear seat.....in this car anyway. Nothing but engine and exhaust. It's sounds f'in awesome! This car is more than I could have imagined.

Did the car have a rear seat when you bought it?

Since I put down some carpet padding, I doubt I would notice much of a change in sound. But before I put down the padding I could definatly tell the difference.

Almost anything over the bare metal will probaly stop alot of sound.

Yes it had a rear seat. Excellent condition too. Maybe someone will want it?

Is your car the turbo model? I saw this on dtmpower.net and i think I fell in love.

I love your rear tail lights, way cooler then the rectagular ones. I am looking for a project car as we speak

No, its not the turbo. Im hoping my setup will surpass the turbo with respect to hp.
I do prefer the round tails to the rectangles. They seem to fit the overall look better.
What year are you looking for? Ti or carbed?

As I am new to this carberator thing myself maybe someone will chime in and clarify.
I do however know that the Ti's are in fact fuel injected and that Turbos are extremely hard to find (or at least hard to convince the owner to sell) :stickoutt

The Ti is a hopped up carbed car. The Tii is fuel injected.

ya the ti was dual carbed from the factory, had higher compression etc. I don't think those were imported to the USA, although some made through back channels.

-Yeah because they were never really imported the the US. All Turbos here are grey-market, and expect to pay over $15g's
