So I finally picked up the 2002, and upon driving it I determined something in the suspension was not right. The first thing I looked at was the sway bars, and low and behold the sway bar bushings were nothing but a bunch of little red pieces. Actually, the driver side front bushing was non existent. Does anyone know where I can find bushings for 23mm sway bars?

From the size it sounds like a Suspension Techniques sway bar. Do an online search for the company and you'll be able to call and get a replacement.

Cant find that company anywhere. Wherever other companies have sold suspension technique products there are no listings of 23mm. I should be able to use any 23mm bushings, correct?

The bushing has to fit in the factory bushing mount ,thats the issue. Try Ground Control, they might have something that will work. http://www.ground-control.com/. Talk to Ali, he's a big '02 fan.

and if you still strike out it'd be worth calling or emailing ireland. They'd know where to go probably if they don't have them -- not everything they do is on the web site.

Ireland Engineering came through for me. I was told there is a way to make 22mm bushings work on the 23mm bars. :redspot

Nice one!
Ireland is great. Its nice to have a company that answers emails and phone and makes good stuff -- ya some of its kind of pricy, but I've never heard of anyone not satisfied when dealing with those guys.
