Well, I finally got a round to seeing what was making the weird sound under the drives side of the dash. It was a timed chirp/click that was driving me nuts.
When asked by my kids what it was,I told them a little man was under there and his only job was to make that noise all day to aggravate me.
Anyway, it's the motor that is farthest away from the firewall. How do you replace it. Seems like there is one screw holding it in. A real PITA to get to.
I disconnected the wire lead to it so at least the noise stopped.
Anybody done this before?
