11:00 - 12:00pm - Roll in for showing
12:00 - 4:00pm - Food, Judging and Awards
4:00 - Sunset - Roll out for video shoot

Important Notes...
* Please obey all traffic signs inside the Park, there will be a State Police presents.
* You may want to bring coolers and food. The park provide grills, but you need to bring your own charcoal
* If you plan on bringing beer, please drink responsibly.
* There is a $2 Park service charge per person.

Directions to the event...
1. Take the I-270 exit 10.(Clopper Road MD. Rt. 117)
2. Proceed West on Clopper Road through 6 traffic lights.(about 2 miles) Special Note: Make a right at the first traffic light to get to a Flagship Car Wash.
3. Seneca State Park is on the left.
4. Proceed into the park, at the main gate ask for directions to the DVinsight picnic at Pheasant Run.
