I picked one of these up cheap from a VW guy I know. It's actually the twin scroll turbo off of a second gen RX 7 turbo. I know that these turbos had minimal turbo lag but were only used to boost 6.5 psi, which is right in the range I'm looking to run on a stock bottom end M20.

If someone could point me in the direction of some more info on this turbo i'd be greatful.
