BimmerLover84 05-07-2005, 01:07 PM I thought it had a widebody from the factory? dabomb4ever 05-07-2005, 01:42 PM haha yeah, how wide do you want it? They have wide body kits for the e36 to look like the e30 m3. widm3r 05-09-2005, 12:10 AM I know that their is no widebody kit for the e30 m3, but Rui Azevedo, from azevedo motorsports built a widebody kit to fit his 12" wide iforged wheels in the rear and 9" wide in the front. heres a link of pictures, http://www.azevedomotorsports.com/gallery/wide_body/ it remains the stock lines, just is wider RatedM 05-09-2005, 12:25 PM here are a couple of pics of that car... http://www.falanj.org/images/DSC00131_JPG.jpg http://www.falanj.org/images/DSC00133_JPG.jpg http://www.falanj.org/images/DSC00134_JPG.jpg http://www.falanj.org/images/DSC00135_JPG.jpg http://www.falanj.org/images/DSC00136_JPG.jpg goobos101 05-09-2005, 02:44 PM I am looking at buying a 88 325xi, 2dr and 5spd, awd. SpecRaceM5 05-14-2005, 06:03 PM haha. its actualy a normal 3 series with a m3 style body kit and a turbo s38. :D raoke 05-18-2005, 05:00 PM ive seen one on a 318i around here looks pretty good except the trunk lid and spoiler was stock e30 equate975 05-18-2005, 05:58 PM You cant really put an e30 m3 widebody on it, Unless you wanna throw down some mad cash. The QPs are welded on, so you would need to find a donor to cut up then fab them on an ix, fronts will bolt up though. But the truck and the rear pillars are completely different. By the time you get it all done you could have gotten an e30 m3 and put an ix drivetrain in it and still saved cash. SpecRaceM5 05-18-2005, 08:55 PM the black one is a 325 with factory m3 fenders molded to the body, it is not an aftermarket kit. i am pretty sure the silver one is a kit though. i was not aware that the two were done differently. thanks for the info. No92M3 01-21-2007, 10:03 PM :conf I am wondering who makes the kit you guys are talking about? :conf I have a E30 325is and would like to get the widebody style like the E30 M3. Does anyone make the sheet metal that needs to be welded to the rear quarters? I can weld so there is no problem there ... I just need them. The fronts are just replacment E30 M3 fenders im assuming? jdbunda 01-22-2007, 12:00 PM And then there is this: http://www.terrysaytherauto.com/yet_another_e30_project_car.htm |
