You have played dumb lately with my last emails. I just want to make it clear to you, and hopefully some of the guys here can translate it since you dont seem to understand what ive been asking you to do in my emails ive sent the past week.
"I want a full refund of my order (order#:1762). I have been very patient on my order, and i understand that you guys have been going through alot lately. ive already waited well over a month for my item that has yet to come in and all i want now is my money back. really....i just want to cut my losses and get my money back."
no more excuses and saying that, "oh...your item is in" or "they just came in"." c'mon....i caught you in a straight up lie two days ago and you wont respond to my emails now. admit it! this is what happened guys...(the lie). i called umnitza (May 5th) and steve picked up. i asked about an item to see if they were in, steve says, "We dont have any of the DEPO's in stock and have no idea when they are coming in. Sorry." So....later that day when i get home i get an email from Umnitza in response to a previous email (May 1st) asking for a full refund, this was my response from them on (May 5th):
"This is confusing, you said you wanted the product, we're getting it today,
now you would like a refund? Is that correct? "
i am thinking to myself when i read this..."Ummm...but your man just told me that he has none in stock and no idea when they are getting those in." i actually heard the same story 3 weeks ago saying that they were in and being shipped, but here i am...3 weeks later with nothing. so...fellas...am i missing something here, did they lie to me? or what? why did i have to wait 38 days for something that never came in, exert all this energy into an issue that no one should go thru, and in the end...get a lie told to my face. on top of all that...it looks like ill have to fight & argue just to get my damn refund
Please anyone...i need some moral support here!
