does anybody know the name of a good shop in georga to install misc. performance parts and possibly a turbo. any help would be great.

Performing Imports does this kind of thing. They are in Alpharetta. Harrison Motorsports also does a lot of good work; also in Alpharetta. You will have better luck posting this query in the GA section.
