Might want to mention if they are staggered or not?

Are those OEM Contours or are they fakes? The pic didn't show the little M emblem which sits above one of the lug holes which would lead me to believe that they are not real contours

that's a good question -I bought them as OEM (4 +the spare) a few months ago and didn't think to ask. dunno if the oem is supposed to have the ///m sticker, but these do not.

note: my new m5 wheels do have the ///m sticker on them.

i/m selling them for what i paid.

sent you a PM - I'm in Seattle too so I can pickup - could you let us know if they're staggered or not? If they'll fit a 325 I'm interested.

Even if they dont have the sticker, if theyve got the spot to put the sticker then its OEM.

they don't even have the 'cutout' for the sticker...my m5 wheels do, as do my double-spokes. if that makes them fakes then they're fakes. I'm gonna take them to my local dealership and ask what they think, then take it up w/ the guy i bought them from a few months back.

I bought them as an emergency set (wound up never using them) and didn't even notice.

but the sale is off until i confirm authenticity.

>>added: oh yeah, i was told that some replicas DO have the sticker, so that doesn't make a wheel OEM on it's own.

I also don't see the inset ring around the bolts nor does the valve stem appear to have the reenforment with BBS stamped on it. These are certainly replicas

how much would these be worth then?

UPDATE:

the guy i bought them from claims ignorance, said they came on his '98 m3. He's going to refund my money and take them back.

sorry for the confusion, looks like i'm getting my money back afterall!

just FYI, here's a pic of my stock OEM wheels (one from my '99 m3, the other the new m5 wheels i just got) -the pics shows the details fliplap was referring to:

good news - though I was all of a sudden envisioning how my car would look with contours on it... oh well
