View Full Version : Hey Makr, think you could whip me up one of these? Matt 04-28-2005, 08:54 PM http://128.61.66.95/v1.jpg Matt Jedi801 04-28-2005, 09:14 PM who needs dimensions? Matt 04-28-2005, 09:26 PM who needs dimensions? Not me. :dunno Matt ///Molloy 04-28-2005, 09:28 PM Matt, can you say "non-compete agreement." Maker may still be constrained by other exclusive arrangements. ;) Matt 04-28-2005, 09:33 PM Nobody makes one of these. :eyecrazy Matt chmdrm 04-28-2005, 09:41 PM And if we talked him into it how many would you buy? How much would you pay/per? I mean if we are going to pimp out our Makr we have to look after him. Makrs are very valuable and need not be pimped out lightly. Matt 04-28-2005, 09:44 PM Trade secrets. :nono Matt Makr 04-29-2005, 09:24 AM No problem Matt. It will be a couple of weeks before I can do anything. Can you get dimentions, or a sample, even stock. Is this for your project? Or for you? If I would make a run, I would send you one, and sell the rest. Tell me what you are thinking. Matt 04-29-2005, 11:09 AM I will make a fully dimensioned multiview with everything you need to machine it, even send you the file if we can agree on a format. I was thinking you could make me up a batch and I'd sell them myself, I'm not looking for a freebie here. I will PM you about the business end of the deal. :buttrock Matt Teh Slows 04-29-2005, 12:13 PM Makr, before you send one to Matt, send one to me, Ill make sure everything is ok with it. Then you may send one to Matt. :) Antwerp 04-29-2005, 01:26 PM NTS = 1:10 :conf Matt 04-29-2005, 01:31 PM NTS = 1:10 :conf The multiview is 1:10, but the iso is 1:5. Either way, the whole thing is not to scale, I just eyeballed it. It's really awesome how modern CAD programs allow you to work either with absolute precision or absolutely none at all. :eyecrazy Matt Antwerp 04-29-2005, 01:54 PM Hehe. If that's the case, you are very good! Nice Recreation. Matt 04-29-2005, 01:58 PM Thanks :) http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?model=1413&mospid=47322&btnr=11_0278&hg=11&fg=20 You can see the parts it's going to replace on there. It's a pretty decent looking pulley, but it needs work to actually fit on the car. I need to go to a junkyard and score one of the stock ones to figure the new dimensions out. Makr Makr 04-29-2005, 05:41 PM Shut up JB. Antwerp 04-29-2005, 06:47 PM :confused :shifty Something fishy going on here... Matt 04-29-2005, 06:50 PM Matt, does it get rid of the dampner? Makr Not telling. If you'd ever seen the front hub on an M20 crank, you'd already know just from looking at my drawing. Matt JAlfredPrufrock 04-29-2005, 06:51 PM Burned. Matt 05-03-2005, 05:36 PM Hey JB, I'll tell you the deal with the crank pullies if you tell me how many sets of e36 UDPs you've sold. And I promise not to be a smartass about it. Matt euro4life 05-03-2005, 08:22 PM Hey JB, I'll tell you the deal with the crank pullies if you tell me how many sets of e36 UDPs you've sold. And I promise not to be a smartass about it.
