It has a lot less miles then the bmw did though so thats a bonus I guess.

Def not as smooth of a ride as the bmw, but now melissa gets her dream car.

It has a bb 60trim, and most all the fixx'ns I am getting HKS 272's and a bigger FMIC (well if all goes well) soon. Has a 6bolt with an upgraded bottom end. Car needs paint and wheels and a little tlc, I know of a local guy selling wheels so the car could look like this soon. Anyway thats the skinny.

Judging by your edit, I'm assuming it is the 'bubbly' kind you were thinking of :stickoutt

Those of us in the DSM world like to think of the 2G as a large Jello mold and not "bubbly"

I don't want to offend here, it's only my ignorance that may lead someone to believe I'm being insensitive... It's just, I've always heard that the 1Gs have a much stronger drivetrain from the factory.

Both drivetrains suck. Well the stock 190 hp being boost to 400+ I'm sure does not help them live.

The manual tranny syncros, and transfer cases on both auto and stick version break when you start to launch them hard with 3 times factory power.

Early 1Gs have a six bolt motor which tends to be the stronger stock bottom end then the later 1G 7 bolt or 2G 7 bolt. Most think that the 1G head flows better, as it does have bigger ports but people are making good power now on the 2G head too.
