Since everyone likes to throw out facts and data on what causes accidents, let's try this out.
First graph is good, then look at page 5:
Speeding was a factor in 29% of all fatal crashes on dry roads in 2003 and in 34% of fatal crashes in the rain.
I don't know about you, but math tells us that people doing the speed limit or less are causing twice as many fatalities as speeders.
Keep that in mind next time they tell you that speeding tickets are about safety, not revenue.

Let's face it, most accidents are caused by people not paying attention. When driving an M3 in a spirited fashion, all brain power is focused on the thrill of driving and inattention just does not occur.

I can't wait to see the smile on Chas's face after his first time pushing it at the EVO school.
I watched Louis kill cone after cone in his P car and everytime he went by my station he still had a huge smile on his face.

Information on SB193 - Sanctions for Speed Contest or Exhibition - Effective May 1, 2006
Effective May 1, 2006, if a person is convicted for a violation of 41-6a-606, Speed Contest or Exhibition on Highway, the driving privilege will be suspended for a period of 60 days for a first offense, and 90 days for a second or subsequent offense within three years. In addition, the vehicle may be impounded when an officer cites a person for this type of offense.
