good gosh i went to 6 places, everyone was closed. last place i went,walgreens on matlock and sublett. the night manager chick listened to my story and when i showed her the pics on my camera, she fired up the film amking machine and printed out 4 x 6 prints, you cant tell that they were not digital. she only charged me 3 bucks too!!! :buttrock

Sucks man, looks like you rented to some gang bangers. Im sure the the houses next door will appreciate the crack heads moving out.

You really need to add a line in the lease that gives you permision to do inspections and to kick them out if you see drugs or damage to the house.

Doug everything was in order 3 weeks ago when i went to fix some plumbing. I think it was a "hood rich" situation. "got everything in my mama's name, can't pay my rent, cuz all my monies spent, but i look rich.........."




Judge awarded mr possesion and 950 in back rent, but he says i have to file a seprate lawsuit for damages

They did all that in 3 weeks!?!?! :eek:

Do you think they knew they were getting kicked out, so they decided to beat the house up as much as possible before leaving?

You need much better lighting, 12 hours on, 12 hours off, to trick the plant into budding, plus nutrients not found in Texas soil, constant flow of clean water where the roots are constantly misted and damp, and the temperature must also be held constant between 68 and 72 degrees.

So I doubt there is any growing! :D

Sorry to see your place so trashed.

Have you thought of going the "Section 8" route? I have heard that a lot of Section 8 renters are pretty good because they have a good thing going for them and don't want to screw it up.

I will be shortly renting out my condo and am thinking about going this route. I've heard both good and bad about Section 8 renters, but at the same time, "walk-in" renters can also be a problem.

Damn that definitely sucks. If it's any consolation, I've got a white trash family renting a duplex behind me and Sanford and Sons that moved in next door a few months ago. I've had to phone the police and HOA on the white trash neighbors as they have no desire to control their little shits and let them trespass and damage my property while Sanford and Sons still think they're in Oakcliff.

My brother has a few rent houses. He started out doing nothing but Section 8 Housing. You know you will get the rent every month and you know they tenant isn't going to tear your shit up because if they do they'll get kicked off the government tit.
