I called Driveshaft King and they where so kind to inform me they are the only ones in Texas who can rebuild a BMW driveshaft and quoted me $400.

This is for a 1986 325e 5speed with 10mm holes on the 3 bolt output flange.

Anyone else know of any good junkyards or other shops ?

I'm still looking for a transmission also.

Check out Mansfield Hwy south of I-20, there's a bunch of salvage yards there.

My problem with junk yards is I can't get there in time before they close and finding their phone number is a PITA then actually confirming its the right part is next to impossible unless you see it in person.

I will give you a call tommorow. I used a place off 75 and midpark that did a great job and they were cheap. Not sure if they do BMW's but I will definitely check. I have the name of the place at my office.
