Hi Guys.. can anyone assist us in finding a live/work loft in SF? We'd like to be North of the bay bridge. Lease or purchase would be ok, for a purchase we would like to stay around $700K. If you know anyone who has one for sale, or a good real estate professional that could help, we'd appreciate the assistance.

Thanks, yea we search CL every day. Just thought someone would know a Realtor or something. It would be a little better than throwing a dart at the phone book to pick someone.

Hi... I'm a Realtor and can offer my assitance whether you decide to lease or purchase. If you call me or give me your email address, I can send you some of the live/work lofts that are available in the market right now so you have an idea of what you would be getting for your money.
