Rim & Wheel Works recommends Ronal rims for Boston roads. I've taken my rims there three times now because my OEMs bend so easily and it's sometimes impossible to avoid the potholes around here. I'm not sure 225/17/45s will fit on a 17x8 rim. Any recommendations on where I can get a discount or lower price than $220 a rim?

Does anyone have suggestions for good Forged aluminum rims that will hold up from bending due to pot holes of Boston?

the heavier BBS wheels would fair greatly. CH, RX etc.

I know this has been closed for a minute, but the tire will deffinately fit. I have the same size in the Ronal LV Spider and I have 225/45/17's.
