I have 4 - 18x8.5" BBC RC wheels currently with 235/40s all around. I need to know if I should have a staggered (heard it is a problem with non staggered rims) non-staggered tires and what size.
Also, I'm running Potenza S-03s and the tread wear is almost 1 summer or about 5K-6K miles. So I need a great performing tire with at least 2-3 summers of worth, maybe an all season kind of tire. (Note: It only operates in the summer and Buffalo is rainy) Any good suggestions.

Whew...thats a relief to hear ;)
Don't bother with staggered tire sizes since you have 8.5's all around. Stick with 235/245's all around, rotate regularly to get the max life out of them.
I know SO-3's last much longer than 5-6k miles. You might have to address how you drive or your alignment settings to get more life out of them. Easy fixes include running zero toe, maybe slight toe in up front to extend life.
I have P-Zero Nero's right now, 12k so far on them, and plenty of life left. I run zero toe up front and a moderate amount of camber. They have a mix of 6 weekends worth of auto-x/DE's this season. Just keep rotating them!

I have a +38mm offset and I need to change my camber in the rear because there is a good bit of toe in in there. What camber do you usually run in the rear and if you have an aftermarket camber what kind.
