How do I remove all the side and bumper mouldings? I plan to replace them with new....or maybe paint them.

I just recently did my side mouldings. I do not have experience with removal/install of the bumper mouldings.

For side mouldings:
Tools needed: Your two hands.
Before you get started: Go to the dealer and buy replacement plastic clips and inserts because you will break a few in the process or wait 'till after you're done to go to the dealer, either way you'll most likely have to buy some of these items.
The Removal Process: firmly but carefully grab onto the mouldings and pull them off.
The Re-install process: firmly but carefully push the mouldings and plastic clips and inserts back onto the door.

Tip: have some car wash soap and water ready. There is dirt underneath the mouldings. You'll want to get it squeaky clean before you reinstall.
