Has anyone ever installed a Line Lock on their car? After this past weekend at the Atlanta ProSolo I've been thinking about installing one. I had to hold my ebrake up while at the starting line because of it being on a hill. It was a total pita because I usually have my seat close to the wheel like an old blue hair.

It looks like you just tap into the brakes somewhere, but if someone else has done it, please let me know. I don't know if it would screw with the braking for the rest of the course or not, so that's a concern for me too.

dunno yet. I can't get the car to the track without working headlights. :(

Well, back in my Mustang days... we would tap in just after the Prop valve (which was just after the master cylinder). It was a pain in the ass.

You could pull the MF mod like Brian and just tape the button down on the handbrake and drop it at launch ;)

I did do that at Atlanta. But I sit too far forward for that to be comfortable. :dunno I'm weird.

Obviously, you'd have to find the right places to tap in. You said the rest of the course, this isn't for drag racing? No, it shouldn't affect anything after you release it.

I think he wants a line lock for the ProSolo tree start. Although you could build a ProSolo/Bracket Racing E36. :alright
