yup, the M Mobility kit... basically a compressor and a can of fix a flat.

don't know about 05's but the rest of them don't come with run flat tires... either OEM Conti ll's or Michelin pilot sports.

How does the damn mobility kit work? Also where do you store the can of "goo"?

When I bought my car the kit was missing and the stealer bought me the kit. Can you store the can of goo inside the compressor?

Where did you buy it? If it was new or a CPO you should make them give you the M Mobility kit.

After seeing several manufacturers go with no spare; I followed suit on my prev E36M3 and pulled the spare and put a $15 air compressor & can of tire sealant in the trunk. Saved some weight.

Tire sealant is great for auto + mountain bike tires !!!

The instructions for using the M Mobility kit are in the owner's manual. The compressor and goo canister are stored in the trunk under the floor mat. Basically, the goo cannister plugs into the compressor and the compressor forces the goo into the tire.
