I was at the track last Friday night in Ennis, and saw an Active Autowerke S/C E46 M3. Car looked stellar, carbon fiber pieces and everything. It was a silver convertible owned by an older guy. He said that the car had 50-60K into it past what he paid for. Thats when I did this   .

Really nice car overall, but it was only running 13.3 @ 105. I never saw it break into the 12's and was really really surprised. I mean, I've seen pretty stock M3's go mid and low 13's. Was expecting the car to go much faster. ANyways, car was awesome and it was my first time seeing an E46 that was blown. Just wanted to post it up for everyone.

As for me, I went a bunch of 12.4 @ 120. All my passes were on street tires. I need to get a new set of ET streets so that I can get back to the 11.6-11.7 range. :redspot

nice cobra, that thing looks great.

Stock M3's have run faster than that. I wonder if he just wasn't launching it all out. Might be afraid of a high-rpm, clutch-slipping launch. Sounds like some nice cars.
