Hey i've been hearing about this M3 Competition bmw is planning on releasing. I also hear its somewhere in the 40 g's brand new! Anyone know of this? I read up on it a bit and i read they are putting m3 csl parts into, this makes no sense.

The competition package is a $4,000 package you can add on. With MSRP at about $48 k, that puts you at $52 k...no way you can get a brand new M3 nowadays under 40k. Where did you get this info from? You can even check it on the BMW website.

There's one here in the Houston area at Advantage BMW of Clear Lake.
That interlagos blue is sweet, as are all the little motorsport touches (and CSL wheels). But they've got a sticker on it for $68k :eek:

Cripes that is nuts... I just got mine a month ago and got it for $1000 under MSRP :)

I don't shop at dealers that insult the customers. I have two dealers near me one plays the ADM game the other doesn't. The latter has an IB CP with MSRP at 56k that has been there for almost two months. What makes the other jokers think they can charge more? Because they park the f'n thing in the showroom? Idiots.

I once vented on a salesman who was a little uncomfortable with the dealership's (ok, Westlake Rusnak) use of ADM stickers. He just said nevermind that, everything is negotiable. I take my business further North on the 101 where they actually act human.
