I want a Turner MS carbon fiber knob. What do you have?

I do not have pics right now, but I have the UUC RK-not sure what number, but it is the medium sized one in stainless steel. It compliments the titan shadow trim pretty well.

Yes, all of the newer M cars (E39, 46) have the boot and knob all one piece. I went to the dealer and bought a 330 shift booot for $30, and voila, looks perfect.

That's what i did. Picked up the boot from a 330 ZHP because i wanted to match the alcantara steering wheel and ebrake.

Just waiting for the damn dealer to get my Z8 shift knob in!! :mad

I'm pretty sure it looks just like the M5 knob. Chrome and leather, or just silver and leather. I really like the original M3/M5 shift knob that was chrome/leather, but the dealer told me it was discontinued. They just called, it's in stock now and they said it would fit an e39 M5. I am 99% sure that will fit my car too. Dealer is putting it on the 26th of this month, so i will let you guys know and post pics.

i want to put the 330zhp knob on mine except it's not illuminated. this knob is the most appealing cause it's nice and short. maybe leatherz can make it illuminated, i think it would be a hot seller. maybe if we get a group of people we can approach leatherz and ask for a groupbuy (the 330zhp knob is only 50 dollars to begin with)

Anybody have any pics of the ZHP's knob? I need something short, thats why I went with the UUC, but in the summer/winter the metal knob gets to be brutal.

I have the tms knob on my car. Awesome, big feel to it and a really good grip. In my car, it was also a one piece factory knob and boot so i bought the $20 boot and voila. Easy as hell to install too...took me 5 mins total, but thats true with most knobs.

we have just done our 2002 6 sp M3s shifter changed to SMGII shifter :)

Ill post some pictures. it has the competition package alcantara boot.
