What other definitions are there for tuners? The point is that people always say and ICS always advertises themselves as tuners, yet ICS doesn't do their own tuning. (Give Vic the credit for the tune!)

just for reference....Tuner= one who tunes.....i know george tunes many things when it comes to the cars.........hopefully the mods will take care of this

I agree, tuning can mean different things. You can mechanically tune a car (heck, back in the day, they didn't have no stinkin stand-alones, they had carbs.) and than you have people like Vic, Karl, and Nick G. who do great software tuning.

Not at all, tuning carbs is also tuning. For example, you wouldn't mistake a guitar tuner with a guitar builder (which requires no software), but there's a difference. Piecing together a turbo kit is one thing... tuning is another. I'm merely giving Vic the credit for the tuning (from what George told me, it sounded superb)... that doesn't take anything away from ICS for putting together such a monster. :dunno

There will be another US tuner soon. I just have to get ahold of the turbo I need. I have paid full price enough over the last 3 years so I refuse to just call ATP. It's tough trying to keep up with ICS. Without ICS 500rwhp is so tough. With ICS 500rwhp is old hat.

See this if good for BMW as a whole. Those AMGs are getting too fast so we need this kind of completion to beat some of them :stickoutt
