My friend went to best buy and the guy just yanked the radio right out for him - no charge (he used the tool :P)

You could try that, or use a hex wrench. I dont think you need a special tool for it.

if it's the factory radio, you can use a metric allen wrench. if it's not, what's the brand of the radio??
