The famous Al Canuk is known for superior carpet kits

Do you think he does e30 carpets too? I'm about to strip the old one out (mildew/rot + ugly color.) and do some rust repair. After that I might be interested in a new one. :)

I'll pipe in now, thanks!

We can only do an E30 carpet, if you bring the car to me for a custom install. The older BMW's use a multi piece carpet, which is easy enough to replicate, and ship out. The newer cars are moulded, which we cannot do. I DO have a line of moulded carpets available, but I have never used them, as I cannot guarantee that they fit as well as our own multi piece ones do.

Hey, Al!

What would be the possibility of designing a multi-piece set for E30's? Many of us own them and, in my case, I would probably opt for a multi-piece set over a molded set if it were available.

How do the multi piece sets join to make one piece? Overlapping and glue?

Here's a picture of my wool square weave carpet in my 76. Ours are 15 piece, patterned from a 73 2002 original carpeting.

Harry,

I could do an E30 multi piece, but I would need an E30 in my shop to make it from.

Minimal overlapping, but yes there is some. And glue is needed, yup.

I may purchase one come summer or fall.
