Pretty hot, the Type IVs are pretty nice. The new mirrors get the thumbs up also.

I have the exact same views on the E90. Although, unlike many, I'm also a fan of the E60. I think a lot of other people will love the E60 too once they have driven it and been around it for a while.

I see a slight resembalance...but not really. I mean the E36 has the same tail lights as pretty much every other mid-90s car.

that's funny, but i still like everything about the car except for the grills as stated earlier in this thread

I think it is like when the new 5 came out, I didnt like it at first, but i think everyone will get used to the new stylings

for the ppl who say they don't like the E90 now. just wait a few years and let it settle a few yrs..Then it will Grow on you! just like the E60 did on me. Trust me.

I am suprised so many people are complaining about tail lights after looking at the rear of E46's for so long.

The tail lights were probably the worst looking feature of that model. The shape of the main unit was good but the piece on the trunk lid always looked like an afterthought to me. Made me think they realized they couldn't fit all the lights in the original cluster and just threw some on at the last minute.

I am much happier with the E90 tails being one whole piece. Much better IMO.
