the cayenne S, but this is definately not a kill story, and it is also a speculation post, so it has two reasons to be locked.

I have raced a Cayenne S back when my 4.6is was stock and I killed him by one car length. So if it was a 4.6 or a 4.8 the BMW would have won. And in the real world, the 4.8is will out handle the Porsche Cayenne S. I was involved with a test drive for Bimmer Magazine and every one agreed that the 4.8 was definately better in every way. We able to puch the BMW much father with less roll than the Cayenne S.

Cayenne S- the ultimate piece... terrible. We had one for 9 months, and got rid of it. You couldnt drive it, the gas pedal was so light it didnt support the weight of your foot, so youd have to hold back, and your foot would get tired after 20 mins or so. And the brakes are so sensitive that if you breath on them, you brake whiplash style. And one time i floored it pulling out onto the highway, in completely perfect conditions, and the piece of shit practically stalled. Next day we got a range rover, much better. X5 would kick its ass

rather graphic, and you definately get the point across. But really no reason to use all those profane words. Perhaps a little editing should be at hand?

Yeah, thats an unbiased "test".

It was a timed run, and nobody was able to run as quickly in the Porsche as in the BMW. It was way less stable, and did not have the punch coming out of the corners. We all really flogged both trucks. The Cayenne always felt on the verge of losing control.

Haha - Seeing this thread doesnt have a kill story in it , ill post one relating to the cayenne S. I was in my father's Touareg 4.2 V8, when I pull up next to a Cayenne S. I start checking out his car, still failing to see the point why he paid almost double the price over the touareg I was in. Those metal porsche badges must be worth a bit..

Anyway, lights go green and I caught him by surprise, But I didnt think he wa going to race. But to my surprise, he floored it! I was still ahead by 1.5cls until we shut down at around 160km/h (95mph). I turned off, and he continued to follow tailgating me like a fool. Whilst he was doing that, I was just checking out the expression on his face that said "Shit, I just got wasted by the exact same car half the price of mine ". Now who's the fool.... :evil2

lol, who cares about the price. It is a status symbol. There are some civics in the world that are quicker than some ferrari's. Why do you buy a ferrari instead of the civic? Well that was a rhetorical question, it doens't require an answer. It is same thing with clothes. WHy do some people buy Armani instead of Wal-Mart, because they have the money and it "looks better". That is why.
