Anyone here play paintball? I played for the first time the other week with a group from Home Depot and had a blast. Would anyone be interested in getting together and shooting each other? Like to get a group of 20 or more people together.

Sounds like fun. I owned a Spyder until someone borrowed it and never gave it back. Don't you hate that... Since that happened, I haven't even had a chance to play. I need to grab like an Angel LCD from a friend of mine to own you guys up.

There are a few places out here in Douglasville to play.

One is a converted driving range, all done up with netting and barriers and such.

And there area couple paintball shops out here too.

I'll look in to any group rates they might be inclined to offer...

A big group of us from my workplace may be going by the end of this month. We'll probably end up going to the place in Acworth (lots of fields complete with a castle and old western type town).

After reading some online reviews of Arkenstone, it looks like a great place, but it might be sorta pricey. I will be calling them to inquire about group rates and checking out other venues and their pricing.

EDIT: We might be able to lower the per person cost by getting some supplies ahead of time.

We should get jerseys!

But seriously, how much are we talking? A lot of us have guns of our own.

I think we were planning on going towards the end of this month (usually on a Sunday).

Price will depend on how much paint you'll use. I ended up using the rental gun/mask and about 750 rounds for a tad under $50.

What would you guys think of a bf.c meet sometime in June? That way we would have enough time to get the logistics together - like ordering ammo, gathering available guns so we don't have to rent, etc.

Let's get some details ironed out and then make Geordie set it up.:stickoutt

The problem with Arkenstone is that you have to purchase their paint which is VERY expensive. I'm going to Nitro with a buddy which is up 575 on Saturday. http://nitropaintballga.com/

If you want to join us gimme a call 770-815-1249 - Rob. Or email me rphillips@phillipssoftwarelabs.com

But lets put together a planned event for Mid May. I just bought a Tippmann A-5 so I need to get out there as often as possible to get my money's worth :)
