My E30 M3's wiper goes non stop. I have replaced a new wiper relay but the wiper does the same as the old relay. What else should I check to troubleshoot the issue?

Quit "Easter-egging" (changing out parts that you don't know are bad) and do some proper troubleshooting. Cycle the switch, do they run on slow speed with the switch in "off", and in "slow"? What do they do with the switch on "fast"? Find the plug for the wiper switch, I think it's along the steering column but am not certain, unplug it, does this make the wipers stop? If so, it's the switch. Do the wipers still run with the wiper relay removed? Don't know that one off the top of my head.
