Well both cars are mine, but dont let that detract from the heat of the competition! It's a well known fact that my wife is one of the few people more competitive than me!
A few nights ago, she and I had just picked up my fiver from the shop (E28 with Euro M5 engine and 4.10LSD). I would have driven back in the fiver and let her drive the 635csi, but the 6er seat wouldnt adjust up far enough for her, so she had to drive the 5er home.
The 635csi has a JC chip and a 3.73LSD. Around town it feels surprisingly punchy and not too far off from the 5er.
Obviously, butt-dynoes can be deceiving...... :D
On the way home a bit later, I came up beside her on a lonely four-lane and gave the throttle a few jabs in third gear. On the third or fourth jab, she got the idea and punched it. That thing disappeared like nobody's business! By the end of third, she probably had a good 4 cars or so! I was shocked as the coupe is no slouch! M-power does it again! :D
