Well, when theres nothing much to do , its time for some highway fun. Me , my friends decide to go for a run on a nice little stretch of highway called the M2. Cars involved are HSV Senator (auto) boasting around 350bhp and a Holden Monaro( manual ) ( Pontiac GTO ) boasting around 355bhp. And ofcourse - My M3 , with 343hp and the marvellous S54 I-6.

Down to Business!
1st run - HSV senator Vs M3: Hit it from 3rd and continously pulled 3-4 cars to about 200km/h ( 140mph ).

2nd run - Monaro vs M3 : Again from 3rd, he got the jump, but i was pulling him in very quickly! Ended up going right up to 220kmh (150mph? ) before we shutdown , while i was still in front ofcourse ;)

After all that, out of no where appears a Ford XR6 Turbo. You guys in the states are probably wondering what the heck that is.
- 6-speed
- 335hp
- I-6 Turbo
- good for high 13 1/4 and high 5 0-60.

Anyway, he comes blazing past and levels with me ...He then gets two cars ahead, then goes WOT. So I got a disadvantage of 2 car lengths. Right , not to worry. Not only do I reel him in, But I pass him in the process!

Conclusion: Aussie Muscle cars 0 , German M Power 3. :alright
All these cars were stock as well.

Great runs :) Especially on the XR6, it takes a lot of power on the freeway if you already have a setback.

lol, Nice runs.

That XR6 in america would probably cost about 35,000 and be detuned to 260hp. Gotta love our auto line up eh? :stickoutt
