I went to the autoshow lastnight where they had the new E90 Sedan.

I am not too impressed with the car. The car looks better in pictures than in person. I find it looks too plain and lack the BMW spirit. The interior seems cheap with the simplified gauges and straight-across dash and the general feel of the material used. The 330i sport seat is decent, but the 325i seats are so ugly. They're flat and lack any supports. They look like a cardboard seats.

My first impression of seeing the E90 in person is that of an econo-jap car.

I am glad I ordered the lasts of the E46 (coupe) which still looks decent.

Forget the 3, that M5 looks effing sick! But I do agree, I'm increasingly dissapointed each time I look at pictures of the new 3er. However I think that in time they will introduce some sportier, more aggressive packages that will provide more appeal. Regardless, something has got to be done with those rear lights...I think BMW and Mazda have struck a deal to share lights for their respective cars.

A few people have commented that rear of an E90 looks like a Hyundai.

Do you think the front of the M5 looks like Mazda 3 sport http://www.auto123.com/05photo/mazda/3sport4dr-gs.jpg ?
