I have an intake maniflod, with a carb, that i am not using, and do not even know what it is. I am planning on doing a 38/38, with a regular manifold bored out.

My question is have you guys seen tihs manifold before, or carb? The manifold is significantly larger than stock. The carb is Holley type, appears to be similar in size to Weber 38, and much lighter.

Just wondering if it worth the effort in seeing if it works well or not.

I even sent a picture to Jeff Ireland, and he had never seen either of them< so i am stumped.

No-name carb and intake top of picture, Weber 38 on bottom.
Thanks

It looks like a holley 2bbl and a manifold for it. I guess that's basically what you already know, but I can't tell you who made it or anything else.

Yeah...it is a Holley "type" carb, but not a Holley. Almost like a 350 cfm unit, for an older Porsche...it has no numbers or markings, nor does the intake.

I may just have to suck it up one day and install it to see how it compares to the 38/38. Just wondering if anyone had seen an intake so big. it is hard to see in picture, but it us much bigger.

Go ahead and do that (If this 02 isn't your daily driver); I think we're all interested in the results.

Is there a linkage that will adapt?

I saw one of those manifolds on ebay a couple of months ago.
