Yes, the more people we get, the lower the price. So, if we go up to 20, we defiately can get a cheaper price. I am unsure of how deep of a discount we would get, but it would be something.

BTW, Betet, this muffler is unlike the others that drone you out in the interior. It has a nice deep tone with some raspiness. People try to compare it to a Ferrari like tone, but we all know 12 cylinders can truly produce it. It is just a base line to describe the sound. You wont be disappointed.

AA would probably like it better if we just Made an offer of like $510-520+ shipping because shipping prices vary...

count me in, i've been looking for a good deal on a good exhaust for a few months now.

Here is the deal. we would be getting these exhausts right now for $550.00 without shipping for 15 people, not including me. In order for the price to come down, we would need more people, say 25. Just a guestimate. Then we will see what they come back with. I will suggest $515.00 or $522.00, but then again, shipping will be $25.00 to $35.00 depending on where you live. The only way we can make this happen is through volume. Make calls, IM people. Anyone with a BMW, make the contact. This will give us the ammo needed to complete the deal.

Dave, I am not the decision maker on the price. I will do my best to get the price down, but as I said, the more people we get, the better the chances we have of getting the price lower. BTW, if you are not serious and we get to 25, please do not put you name on the list. I do not want a total butt munch getting everyones hopes up, and then drowning the whole deal by pulling out. The exhaust is shipping out of the AA facility on the east coast. Shipping to the west coast, especially California, is around the $35.00 mark. $10.00 over the $25.00 shouldnt be too much of a deal breaker. Go a couple weeks without McDonalds or BK.

It's going to happen. I just think we should make a cutoff date so people's decisions become more concrete. I think it would be really cool if we got 25, but if we have to make due with 20 then i'm fine with that.

The exhaust is throaty, but not obnoxious like others on the market. It has a Ferrari-esq' like sound. Dont expect it to sound like a Ferrari though, only 12 cylinders can do that! Feel free to check out their website to get a handle on the sound. They have a sound clip. It truly doesnt do it justice. But the best thing about this exhaust is the performance. It out performed every other exhaust on the market, and it slides right in place. As Jim Carrey Said in Ace Ventura "Like a Glove"! No modifications or squirming to mount that sucka. BTW, in return for putting this deal together, I want some nice naked photos of all of your significant female freinds. :eyecrazy A guy as to have drive to finish this mission. LOL

He also wanted to make sure he was getting enough legit people (ones who wont back out) to take to AA. All invoices for the exhaust would be paid directly to him. Please do not overlaod him with phone calls!!!!!!! He wanted to avoid this at all costs..... Lets just keep rolling down this road and all of you will get a killer exhaust at a great price. If this gets out of hand, he will cut the deal. Capisce'! Cool. I will let you in on a little secret. He sells one of the best cold air inductions systems on the market. If this group buy went well, he was going to throw it out there for all of you BMW fanatics. So be good, and little treats will be available. I could not get back here due to computer problems...so I called AAtuning direct and they let me purchase the exhaust for $555+shipping. It is purchased and done and they referred to this GB and already knew about it. If I have screwed somethin up...sorry or if you get a better deal I will call them back but I think I count on your number ordered.

Again Sorry but I hadn't heard back on the email that I sent you and I did not want to miss out...if you get it for $550 shipped I am out about $50...maybe I can make them give me a refund or send me something to make up for it.

Here is the deal. Kenny should have sent you all an e-mail informing you of the group buy. The deal is.....Someone let the cat out of the bag. We would have easily been able to garner the 25 with a lower ending sales price....But a select few individuals had to go rushing the buy....Contacting AA with credit cards, or calling other vendors trying to get a better deal....trying to find a back route or another way to glory....To be honest, I asked all of you to please be patient...Not to make any calls....To just chill until we had all of the buyers lined up and ready.....Then a deal was going to be struck for less than you are buying them now. Around $520.00 plus shipping. I wanted to let you know what you missed out on due to your lack of patience and ignorance. As I stated before, I was an advocate for all of you. I was not going to benefit from this deal in the least. All of you were going to benefit....

Now, with AA getting greedy, and other dealers smelling the scent of this and wanting in on the action, AA cut off the deal...They decided to charge Kenny more for the exhaust, and pulled 10 mufflers out of the group buy. We now have only 15 to deal with. This is of your own doing. If people would have just waited, more of you could have had them at the $520.00 purchase price.
(It is funny how they said they didnt have any more exhausts, but they have extra to sell to you dierectly at a higher price) Hello, we arent dumb......

Well, it looks like something went awry. Everyone who signed up, didnt show. Kenny only has 12 people signed up so far. He has 15, so we only need 2 more. Kenny had a talk with AA and they are not going to sell to anyone direct on this group buy. Things got real squirly. So, if you still want in, now is the time. It looks like afterall, I might not need to do another group buy on another exhaust due to the low turn out on this one. Maybe in a few weeks. but I do not think it will generate enough steam to garner enough folks to get a reduced price.

To be honest, even though things got quite squirly, AA does sell a very nice exhaust. Looks awesoem, install is the best on the market, and performs the best. That is why I decided to do a group buy on this item. Next time, you all will be very happy with the group buy. Check back soon, I want to wait a few weeks to let things cool off from this last crazyfest.

Am I too late too? Is the AA deal dead? I've had my AA Gen-I exhaust for a long time, and I'm really happy with it, but my DTM tips are a bit dented, and I'm ready to upgrade to a Gen-III.

how does this exhaust compare with UUC. it seems to be a lot heavier. i currently have an ACS exhaust that im looking to get rid of. i will be interested if i like what i hear about UUC v. AA

if you decide on a group buy for a different exhaust, specifically supersprint or stromung, i'm in. SS would be my number one choice, then again, i'm old and i like quiet performance.

I am not trying to ruffle feathers but here is how I saw this debacle...I hang out on M3forum and saw the GB there...I PM Inflammable twice with no reply...I had problems getting back on this forum and emailed all involved a number of times...when I didn't hear anything back I contacted AA direct and they were friendly about it...if this thing fell apart it is because no emails were returned and very few updates were given...finally general attention to detail $ucked. Aside from that, Kenny is a great guy and when this finally got back to him...he returned every email and my exhaust got shipped.

So thanx for organizing the GB but in the future plz answer PM's and emails or they will get $crewed up.

i just put on my AA exhaust today (4/27) and i absolutely loveeeee it.....sounds sooo hot at lower and high RPMs.....when i ripped it by my friends they were like HOLY SHIT THAT IS HOT. lol

excellent exhaust and worth every penny.....thanks to paragon and kenny once again.

yeah....i emailed kenny and he sent me the tracking number for it..... the only thing that bothers me with the exhaust is that it sticks out a little from the bumper so i think im gonna buy the M3 diffuser for the back.

I just picked up a Stromung lightly used so I wont be organizing a GB for an exhaust afterall. But I do need a Shark injector....................Hmmmmmmmmmm........... .........maybe a GB for that?

i am very very interested in another GB for the AA Gen 3, i was insanely bummed out about not being able to get it after all, so the sooner the better, i have my money ready.

Finally, it cost $595 shipped directly from AA FL to my home WA. And I installed it yesterday. pretty easy to install, AA even included a booklet of instruction guide, very friendly.

After getting the car back on the ground, I started the engine and see. Wow, thats what I want, just a little little bit deeper sound when I rev. Sound even just the same during idle. Test drove it and yes, just little bit louder than stock. I can feel that it pulled a bit harder in mid range. Very low profile, high quilaty. But I still have to get over the toasted smell before it break in.

When you have an old stock exhaust which already ran over 120K miles like mine, or you hate the ugly look of the stock muffler and you aware of those annoying loud exhaust, this AA gen III is what you looking for.
