Hi everyone..
I just wanted to link here in the GA area my FS thread for any of you guys that might be interested :)

Swapped my 13.2" Brembo rear bbk out for bigger ones, so looking to sell locally if possible. Will fit E36 M3 easily, and E46 non-M/sedans - but will require some modification with ebrake shoes to fit right (as I had to do).

Ben@RogueEngineering custom made this set almost 2 yrs ago for a guy in NY with an E46 330 that I then bought from.

Car is presently in NY getting new look/mods, but I will get more pics this week when the rear bbk is off the car and ready for shipping.

Here's link... thanks for looking!

Nick,

If you don't mind me asking....how did they keep your OE parking brake while using aluminum hats? Did they press in a friction surface inside the hat?

Just wondering how hard it is to make/replace the hat (hats will wear after a couple years).

Hey Nick, will these work in an e46 m3? Also, are you still selling your tires? I can pick them up, car looks good bro. Oh yeah, are you still selling the CSL trunklid or any other parts?

Bremsen - Actually I had to lose my ebrake usability in my E46. For E36, you won't because the kits bolts on with no issues. I had these installed while I was up in NY 1.5 yrs ago the day before Bimmerfest '03. And since we ran into the ebrake shoe problem late on a Saturday, I had no time to waste, so we just installed them and disabled my ebrake use. That's why i stress for E46 application, you will have to get a bodyshop to get the ebrake shoes to work.
Yea, I coulda after the show gone back and got my ebrake to work, but I have an automatic and I never use my ebrake anyways, so doesn't bother me.
Ben@RogueEngineering made this kit for a client of his with an E46 330i just before I bought them. He was somehow able to get the 330 ebrake shoes to work with my kit, but have no idea what/how he did it. Could give him a call?
For E36, there won't be any issues...

Ali - Could work, but like I mention above, for E46 model, you'll have to do some work to get the ebrake shoes to fit. If you want to chance it, its ok with me! haha.. No returns tho! :) Sold "as is"...hehe
I got my CSL lid repainted while its in NY because of the bad job of the prep/paint work done here in ATL. I will be selling it for E46 sedan's either late this month or in May. My new carbon one is on its way..
But my CSL lid won't work on E46 M3, it only fits sedans, if that's why you asked...

Thanks!

Ali - Correction. My kit will not fit an E46 M3 model because the rear brake brackets are totally different than a non E46-M3 model. Sorry man!

Thanks Nick, but I doubt Ben will want to discuss it. I'm sure its proprietary information and I have no real intention of purchasing. Just taking a shot that you knew.

Good luck with your sale.
